Took my RR sport in for a check engine light on July 23 was told by Tom that he will order . I called back week later and found out from Tom that the part is back ordered so it's now August 17 still no part still check engine light .

Great experience. This is the second exceptional service I have received from Jim Hoss and the service team. They execute their processes well. The service team at LR of WC is very knowledgeable and I am comfortable and trust they properly assess issues with my vehicle, recommend a proper course of action, and execute service. Tom (40 years of experience) did a superb job of receiving me promptly at 0730. I also had a very good experience with salesman Larry Weily (and Mgr Moussa) who arranged for me to test drive a Range Rover. He was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. I am happy to work with him again. Service completed: Oil change, new battery, tire rotation, car wash. Facilities: I chose LR of WC for location. Annapolis and Chantilly (Excellent) are too far away. I have been to nicer LR facilities with better/cleaner lounges LR of WC. The showroom is nice - LR on one side, Jaguar on the other. However, the facility is a little old and could be cleaner.
Jaguar Land Rover of West Columbia knows one thing for sure other then how to fix a vehicle.... EXACTLY how to speak with a customer and provide the best customer service possible !! Unfortunately i do not receive this care from every Jaguar dealer but i can reassure you that there will be no problems dealing with this one!! Highly recommend !! Tom in Jaguar Service was great to work with and knows what he is talking about !! Thank you for the service and i will be back for sure !!

We have an older 2006 Range Rover Sport. We hang on to our cars and take care of them. We found this dealer and service department to employ honest, considerate and professional people who seem to enjoy their workplace. This is expected when you invest in a luxury brand, but you don't always get what you expect. Thanks for holding the brand up and all the best for continued success.
